To the beach of Staranzano - probably the most shallow at the Adriatic sea.
The Spiaggia Municipale de Staranzano is a quite place and nice with small children:
The water is incredibly shallow and there are many crabs to catch.
The shore and beach are "natural" which means that a) there is sea weed at the shore, b) the sand is quite solid, c) the beach bar has only 21 ombrellones.
The visitors are only people from the region (Monfalcone, Redipuglia, ..) as the beach is quite small. For all those who prefer a quite beach and want to walk for hours in the water it´s the perfect place to go.
Eating: Drive to "Marina Julia" (3 km distance) to the "Frito Misto": This kiosk offers an astonishingly good quality in "Frito Misto" and "Spaghetti Vongole".
How to go: Motorway till redipuglia - leave motorway in direction Monfalcone till "Ronchi dei Legionari". At the first red light turn right. Follow the road untill you reach the railways. Right after the railways turn right and follow the street untill "Staranzano". There are already road signs "Spiaggia Municipale de Staranzano".
