The Bed & Breakfast / Self-Catering price for all guests includes:

  • Unlimited tea & Illy coffee at all times of the day
  • Chilled drinking water in summer
  • Use of the pool & pool towels
  • Use of mountain bikes
  • Grappa, if desired, for an 'evening nightcap'
 
Guests who take two-thirds of more of their dinners at La Faula during their stay (´half-board´) have use of a fridge & the agriturismo kitchen to prepare cold lunches.
 
As La Faula is a farm-stay, producing wine, meat & vegetables, guests who dine at La Faula in the evening receive a discount on the bed & breakfast price. Guests who take half-board pay the lowest bed & breakfast price.
 
Bed & Breakfast / Self-Catering is free for the 10th & 14th nights of any stay.

Dinners

  • Dinner is served at 7.30 p.m. every evening except Sunday.
  • Lunch is served on Sunday. On Monday night a ´Friulano´ buffet dinner is served.
  • The style of dinner follows the seasonal produce of La Faula’s pasture & vegetable garden. Buffets with pasta, salads & vegetables followed by a sweet are common.
  • The price of the dinner excludes wine, beer, organic apple juice & sparkling mineral water but includes tea, coffee, chilled tap water & grappa.
  • Guests are welcome to have a Supper consisting of only one of the dinner courses.
  • Guests who have booked for ´half-board´ need only let us know at breakfast if they don’t intend to dine-in on a particular night.
  • Guests who are having ´occasional dinners´ need to let us know during breakfast if they would like to take dinner that night.

Dinners

  • A good range of La Faula organic wines is available for consumption in the Agriturismo.
  • Wine prices can be found here
  • A 66cl bottle of beer brewed in Udine costs €3.00.
  • Guests serve their own Faula wine & Friulano beer & record the consumption & prices in an ´honesty box´.
  • The price for wines to take away averages €5 per bottle for boxes of six or more.
  • Boxes can also be shipped for orders of 48 or more bottles.
  • Tours of the wine canteen are available on request to explain the processes by which the various wines are made.
